Wastenet Inzameling is a brand-independent waste collector. She wanted to automate her processes as much as possible. Hardcoded created a back office which includes virtually all work processes related to waste collection, invoicing and customer management.

Wastenet was a start-up that was looking for the optimal processes for container distribution, planning and invoicing. Together with Wastenet we described and technically worked out these processes. In the course of the past years we have optimized these techniques, allowing the sales process and many service processes to be handled directly via this back-office module.

The most important process in the back-office is the automatic invoicing of subscriptions, occasional emptying and building bins. In addition to invoice data, all customer locations are included in the system. We combine the locations with all purchased products by location on one invoice. This ensures complete transparency for Wastenet's customers. Wastenet considers this only logical, but such an invoice is quite unique in the waste industry.

Customers with larger waste volumes, such as housing associations and contractors, receive a complete invoice per month. Smaller customers can opt for quarterly or annual invoices. By exporting all financial data to Snelstart, Wastenet can import all invoiced products and perform a direct debit batch.
